These terms govern the use of LucidStack, the monitoring service published by Jonathan Margotin (see the legal notice). Creating an account means accepting them.
The paid plans are also governed by the terms of sale.
This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
1. The service
LucidStack checks the availability and performance of the websites, APIs, scheduled tasks and servers you declare, sends alerts and publishes status pages and reports. Its features depend on the chosen plan.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the actions carried out from your account and your API tokens.
3. Acceptable use
- Only monitor services that you operate or that you are authorized to monitor.
- Do not use LucidStack to overload, scan or attack third-party systems.
- Do not send unsolicited messages through the status pages or the alert channels.
A breach of these rules may lead to the suspension of the monitors concerned, or of the account.
4. Availability
LucidStack is provided with a best-effort obligation. Maintenance may interrupt it briefly; it is announced in advance when possible. The service relies on external networks and providers whose failures it cannot entirely prevent.
5. Your data
Your data remains yours. You can export it through the API and delete your account at any time. Its processing is described in the privacy policy.
6. Liability
LucidStack informs you about the state of your services but is not responsible for their availability. Its liability, when engaged, is limited to the amounts paid during the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Changes
These terms may change. You will be informed by e-mail at least thirty days before a substantial change, and can cancel before it applies.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, write first to contact@lucidstack.dev to find an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
