Is VAT included in the prices?

VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price you pay.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The plans are monthly and without commitment.

What happens if I reach a limit?

Your existing monitors keep running. You simply cannot add more until you move to a larger plan or remove some.

How do SMS alerts work?

SMS are paid with prepaid credits, one credit per message, sold in packs on the paid plans. The other channels are unlimited.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes: the yearly plans cost ten months instead of twelve. You can switch cycle at any time, the difference is prorated.
